This versatile dip is quick, easy and very, very tasty. It can be whipped up in seconds and brings an instant mediterranean vibe to any meal. Use it as a dip with crudité, spread it on sliced baguette or crackers or add a dollop of it to a salad or some grilled meat.
Ingredients
250g tub ricotta
100g Feta
140g sun-dried tomato
1 large clove garlic
Zest of a 1/4 of a lemon
10 basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a food blender and blitz. Add some olive oil if needs be to loosen the mixture.
