Use cloudy, organic and unpasteurised cider vinegar in this recipe. Clear cider vinegar does not contain probiotics.
2 large lemons (juice of)
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and grated
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons cloudy cider vinegar
100g fresh raspberries
1 litre sparkling mineral water
Ice to serve
Blend lemon juice, ginger, honey and cider vinegar in a blender. Take four large glasses and fill with ice. Pour the lemonade over the ice then top with sparking water. Stir slowly and carefully, then top with some fresh raspberries and serve.
